Kiln Park

Our privately owned BK Contessa Silver Olympic rated caravan has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 8 comfortably.

It has one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. There is also a pull out spring double bed situated in the lounge area.

The bedrooms and the bathroom are all heated with panel heaters.

Pillows and duvets are provided. You are required to bring your own bed linen, towels and tea towels.

The Lounge

This is spacious with a gas fire, a 21’’ Silver TV, DVD Player and also a Freeview box.

The Diner

The dining area leads off the lounge with a large sit around table and stool.

The Kitchen

Opposite the dining area is a well equipped kitchen with Microwave, Fridge Freezer, Electric Kettle and Toaster along with a CD Player. The oven is a full size gas cooker. Everything you would expect from home. There is even a hoover in the cupboard!

Bathroom

This has a large shower/mini bath with ample cupboard space and wash basin.

There is also a separate toilet and washbasin. (Handy for the mornings)!

Double Bedroom

Double bed with fitted wardrobes, cupboards and mirror

Second Bedroom

2 x single beds (can be made into a double) with fitted wardrobes and cupboards

Third Bedroom

Again 2 x single beds (made into double) with fitted wardrobes and cupboards

We are close to the beach path which leads into Tenby town.

There is a well stocked mini market, launderette, hire shop on site as well as the great FUNWORKS entertainment complex which includes; Indoor and Outdoor swimming pools, amusements, Burger King, Licensed Bars and Bradley Bear & Co. Entertainment passes are available for purchase from reception.

This caravan is immaculately presented and maintained as new by the owners to include everything you need for a relaxing self catering holiday.

As per Kiln Park policy, we do not accept all male or all female group bookings, but welcome enquiries from families and mature couples. We respectfully request NO SMOKING inside the caravan and regret that we cannot accept pets.
