Privately
owned 38 x 12 foot Willerby Winchester three bedroom caravan
situated in a quiet area of the park, within easy reach of all
the facilities and the walking exit to Tenby.

| The
caravan is double glazed and fully centrally heated. With an
electric fire in the lounge for occasional use.
(gas and electricity are included in the hire price.) |
| The
kitchen is equipped with a four ring gas cooker with
extractor fan and light, oven and grill. refrigerator
freezer toaster, kettle, microwave, iron, and all usual
kitchen utensils. |

There is a
small vacuum cleaner and an assortment of brushes. The
dining area has a table and four chairs, two matching
folding dining chairs are stored under the bed in the small
bed room. The bathroom has a shower, hand basin, and toilet.
There is also a separate toilet with hand basin. |
| The main
bedroom has a double bed, and a dressing table with shaver
socket. The other two bed rooms have single beds which can
be put together to make doubles. All the bedrooms have
wardrobes and drawer space. Medium weight duvets and pillows
are provided, you must provide your own bed linen and towels
etc. or hire from Kiln Park. |

The lounge area has a three piece suite, colour TV. /
video and d.v.d. player, c.d. / radio. There is an
assortment of games, playing cards, paperbacks and jigsaw
puzzles.
There is a garden bench, (move round the end of the van to
get the best of the early sun). There are also two garden
chairs and a table.The caravan is close to a car park.
