Bathroom consists of walk in shower with drop down seat, handrails. W.C. has drop down rail and fixed rail. Wash hand basin has lever taps.

Large second bedroom with full sliding doors consisting of two single beds.

Fully equipped kitchen comprising gas cooker; fridge-freezer; microwave; sandwich maker; toaster; electric kettle; iron and ironing board. All cookware, crockery and utensils.

Spacious lounge with central heating and flame effect electric fire, 21-inch colour teletext TV, Freeview; VCR and DVD; dining table and chairs.

Low level switches and sockets wide sliding doors to bedrooms and shower room. Duvets and pillows provided.
