integral fridge / freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, full gas
cooker.
DINING AREA has a
table and 4 chairs with a full length window.
BATHROOMS you have the
advantage of a separate toilet and shower room. In shower room
there is a power shower, wash hand basin. In the toilet room is
a toilet and wash hand basin.

MASTER BEDROOM has the benefit
of an ensuite, King size bed, over head cupboard space,
wardrobe, Flat screen TV which you can also watch SKY.
SECOND BEDROOM has 2 single
beds with wardrobes, overhead cupboards, TV which you can also
watch SKY. DUVETS AND PILLOWS PROVIDED, PLEASE BRING
OWN BED LINEN. |

DECKING AREA
which you can reach from the French doors in living room
or by the patio area on side of caravan. The area is big
enough for you to sunbathe, and has a table and chairs
for you to enjoy a meal or drink!!, it also has steps
and a lockable gate. The view form here is fantastic
on clear days you can see Tenby town with the church
steeple and Caldey Island, the view can be
restricted when trees are over grown.
PATIO AREA
which is to the side of the caravan has a table and
chairs and a Bench, this can be a nice cooling area on
those hot sunny days.
PENALLY COURT
is the sister site to Kiln Park, Penally is a peaceful,
relaxing site which has a large playing field,
Children's Area, Heated outdoor pool, Launderette and
Shop.
You can reach the award winning beach within 5 mins
walk, you can also have full access to all Kiln Park
facilities if you wish. There is a free shuttle bus that
runs every 15 mins in the evening during peak times, you
must produce a pass which can be purchased from
reception either before or on arrival.
THE RULES ARE WE ONLY RENT TO FAMILIES AND MATURE
COUPLES. SORRY NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED IN THE CARAVAN
OR DECKING.
