Our privately
owned ABI Arizona 36ft x 12ft, British Holiday's Silver Olympic
rated caravan has three bedrooms and sleeps 8 comfortable.

Our
caravan has one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, there is
also a pull out spring double bed in the lounge area, the
bedrooms and the bathroom are all heated with panel heaters,
pillows and duvets are provided but bed linen should be provided
by yourselves along with towels and tea towels.
This is one of two caravans we own. |

This caravan is
in a prime position overlooking the crazy golf, children's play
area and playing field, ideal for parents with young children
and is close to the beach access path which is approx 5 minutes
walk away (with Tenby's famous golden sands only a short stroll
past the golf course and through the sand dunes) it is also
close to shops, laundrette and the entertainment complex.

There is a
bathroom with shower cubicle, the kitchen is well equipped with
fitted oven, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster, also
provided are ironing board, iron and vacuum cleaner.
The lounge is
open plan with the dining area near to the kitchen, it has a gas
fire and plenty of seating, there is a TV with DVD and remote
control.

Gas and electric are included in the price but entertainment
passes must be purchased from Kiln Park, I can provide you with
the pass form to forward onto Kiln Park so your passes will be
ready for you when you arrive.
